Eligibility for Transfer Certificate

  • The student must have cleared all school dues, including fees and library charges
  • A written application from the parent or guardian is mandatory
  • Student records must be complete and verified by the school

Documents Required

  • Written application from Parent/Guardian
  • Last fee receipt
  • School ID Card (if applicable)
  • Copy of Aadhaar Card / Birth Certificate (if required for verification)

Processing Time

Standard Processing: The Transfer Certificate is generally issued within 7–10 working days after submission of the complete application.
Urgent Cases: For urgent cases, parents may contact the school administration.
